Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate 3, Tech Transfer, to lead readiness, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep 24/7 production running safely and compliantly.

You will drive site commissioning, create and update manufacturing docs, support training, and coordinate changeovers, PMs, and tech transfer activities to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in manufacturing operations.
• High degree of troubleshooting ability.
• Strong technical experience with batch planning and creation of manufacturing documentation.
• Experienced with audits, leading investigations support, and leading continuous improvement projects.
• Works independently on complex assignments and makes procedural recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness during project phases; drive site commissioning and qualification efforts.
• Serve as a process SME; troubleshoot and communicate risks for high-severity events.
• Coordinate and optimize batch planning; align plans with PM schedules.
• Own and improve documentation; update SOPs and batch records per change control.
• Enable training and onboarding; develop and manage curricula.
• Manage non-batch activities; coordinate changeovers and PMs.
• Support technology transfer; participate in process mapping and engineering runs.
• Drive quality and CI; support CAPAs and continuous improvement projects.
• Support audits and inspections; prepare evidence and respond to observations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; act independently to determine methods and procedures.
