Job summary

PRPDG in Puerto Rico seeks a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to support non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions under minimal supervision. The role applies process, operational, scientific expertise, and analytical troubleshooting to bolster manufacturing operations.

May serve as primary production process owner for support systems and assist with ownership on more complex processes.

Qualifications

• Minimal supervision to support manufacturing/quality systems.
• Knowledge of CAPAs, risk assessments and CDOC editing.
• Experience in process validation, procedures, training and NPI support.

Responsibilities

• Support non-conformances, process validation, procedures and training.
• Assist with new product introductions and process ownership on complex systems.
• Apply analytical troubleshooting to manufacturing operations.

Education

Doctorate degree

Master's degree with 3 years experience

Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience

Associate's degree with 10 years experience

High school diploma / GED with 12 years experience
