Job summary

ProQualityNetwork in Juncos, Puerto Rico, is seeking an Engineer to support process characterization, optimization strategies, and troubleshooting within GMP-regulated environments. You will work across operations, facilities, and capital projects to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The role requires a Master’s or a Bachelor’s with at least two years of engineering experience, and collaboration with multiple departments and external providers to ensure compliance and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree with at least two years of engineering experience.
• Experience providing engineering support for operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and modification of HVAC, utilities, and facility systems in pharma/biotech environments.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to engineering and operational problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques under general supervision.
• Assist with design, engineering, and capital project support under project managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system modification requirements and recommendations.
