Job summary

Integrated Services For Productivity & Validation, Inc is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing to support floor operations in Juncos, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on ensuring process performance and adherence to manufacturing procedures, with emphasis on data review and practical process improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s plus 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Bachelor’s plus 4 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Associate’s plus 8 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• High school/GED plus 10 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• On the floor support to assess process performance by observation of floor operations and review of performance data.
• Initiate, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures.
• Provide process troubleshooting support.
• Participate in the NPI process to assess requirements for documentation, materials, training.
• Assist manufacturing change owner on CCRB packages impacting the process
• Participate in the assessment or implementation of special projects or initiatives.
