Job summary

GOJO Industries, LLC (Clorox Purell) in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and distribution.

You will lead engineering projects, apply Lean Six Sigma, improve OEE, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, Safety, and CI to reduce costs and increase throughput.

Starting pay ranges 76,200 to 104,800 per year with bonus eligibility; travel is sporadic and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in engineering or engineering technology; minimum three years in a manufacturing process.
• PM certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• CAD experience is extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing, logistics, and distribution processes for cost and throughput gains.
• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of objectives.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to enhance quality, reliability, or cost effectiveness via OEE metrics.
• Design and optimize equipment, facilities, and processes for safety, compliance, and capability.
