Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care seeks an engineer for its Sidney, Ohio manufacturing plant to support daily production and long-term engineering projects. This role focuses on efficiency improvements within the operations.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

The responsibilities include providing technical support, developing manufacturing methods, and analyzing workflow for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three+ years related experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with technical instructions and complex variables.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and long-term engineering projects.
• Provide daily technical support to operations staff.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods.
• Analyze workforce utilization and design workspace layout.
• Resolve deviation reports with plant personnel.
• Initiate improvements to current equipment for optimization.
• Assist in developing capital expenditure programs.
