Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Enjoys working on the production floor and not behind a desk.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects throughout the value stream.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.
