Job summary

HL Mando is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to continuously improve safety, productivity, and quality at the Caliper machining site in the US. You will develop models, standardize processes, and promote cost savings while working closely with shop-floor teams.

Responsibilities include reducing defects, optimizing machining processes, and supporting new part development. Occasional remote work and a competitive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• GPA information may be considered where applicable.
• 6 Sigma experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve production productivity and standardize line operation.
• Solve major quality issues with engineering solutions.
• Train operators on line operation and jig/fixture drawing.
