Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience.
• Engineering degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and improves industrial manufacturing methods, including design, materials, fabrication processes, and quality control.
• Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Determines parts, equipment, tools, and processes to meet product specifications.
• Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs for management decisions.
• Communicates manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other information to facilitate processes.
• Confers with vendors to determine specifications and arrange equipment, material purchases, and parts.
• Evaluates products based on specifications and quality standards.
