Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of relative experience.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification (Lean certification preferred).
• Strong ability to successfully apply and display mastery in Process Excellence methodology.
• Demonstrates awareness of stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering and Process Quality Leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process performance improvements related to waste/MUV or productivity of a manufacturing area.
• Update and create capacity models to add value to the business.
• Drives key initiatives as project leader.
• Leverages process knowledge to identify opportunities/solutions to improve OEE and Quality.
• Sustain business improvement results using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop monitoring and reporting systems for efficiency-based decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental practices and company guidelines.
