Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create accurate job routers with time estimations, machine selections, and detailed work instructions.
• Review historical quotes for profitability and routing practices.
• Support project engineers by providing technical assistance at kickoff and beyond.
• Assist shop floor scheduling by resolving CNC machining center conflicts and communicating changes.
• Assist CNC programmers with tooling purchases for released routers.
• Ensure quote data meets customer due dates and allows for management review.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing dept.
• Mentor and motivate a positive shop floor culture.
