Qualifications

• Translate a print into a router that’s accurate, efficient, and easy for shop floor to follow.
• Meet deadlines under quoted schedules and production pressures.
• Mentor and motivate team members while coordinating with cross-functional staff.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for proficient, high-quality, cost-effective job routers with accurate time estimates and machine selections.
• Review historical quotes to ensure profitability and routing accuracy.
• Support project engineers in kickoff meetings with technical assistance.
• Assist manufacturing in resolving scheduling and priority conflicts at machining centers.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers on tooling purchases for released routers.
• Ensure quote data meets customer due dates and allows management review.
• Create and implement continuous improvement procedures to grow manufacturing capacity.
