Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a relevant technical field with at least 1 year of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills including complex data analysis.
• Proven results orientation with the ability to lead key projects to successful completion.
• Experience with DOE for process improvement.
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to set and communicate expectations to team members.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills across a broad range of employees.
• Proven ability to make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible and engaged presence on the manufacturing floor, working directly with operators and production teams to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze process performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Execute and support standard process controls, operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion a strong safety culture by promoting safe behaviors and actively supporting safety improvement efforts.
• Participate in root cause corrective action (RCCA) investigations and develop sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Plan, execute, and analyze process trials and Design of Experiments (DOE) activities to improve manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and technical teams to resolve process‑related challenges.
• Identify and lead process optimization projects that improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and cost performance.
• Support equipment installations, plant construction activities, and startup efforts as needed.
• Share technical learnings and best practices across the organization and participate in broader technical communities.
• Assist in evaluating asset performance and optimizing raw material usage to support operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
