Broderson Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own and standardize end-to-end manufacturing processes, focusing on quality performance and operational execution. You will collaborate across Quality and Operations to drive cross-functional alignment and efficient, safe production of machines.

The role covers process design, documentation, PFMEA, NPI support, and continuous improvement with Lean tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) or related field.
1–3 years of manufacturing, process, or quality engineering in heavy equipment, automotive, or similar.
Experience with PFMEA, RCCA, and structured problem-solving methods.

Responsabilités

Own and maintain manufacturing processes for assembly and fabrication operations.
Develop and sustain standard work, SOPs, routings, and documentation.
Define process parameters, controls, and acceptance criteria for consistent output.
Partner with Manufacturing Engineering for line layout, material flow, and workstation optimization.
Support time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and workflow improvements.
Lead PFMEA development, control plans, and process risk assessments.
Own corrective and preventive actions (ICAR/SCAR) and verify effectiveness.
Support inspection strategies including incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspection.
