Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of process/ manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading process improvement, equipment implementation, or capital projects.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping and waste reduction.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process development, optimization, and implementation across production operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve throughput, cycle time, and cost reduction.
• Develop workflows, equipment layouts, and process control strategies.
• Monitor OEE, scrap, downtime, and yield against targets.
• Manage process projects from planning through commissioning and closure.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve issues and support new product introductions.
