Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Tulsa to support line expansions, optimize assembly processes, and lead continuous improvement across the facility. This hands-on role emphasizes process excellence, collaborating closely with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.

You will lead process studies, validate documentation, develop standard work, reduce waste, and implement engineering changes while traveling as needed for new products and production lines.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence change across multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies to determine efficient sequences of operations and maximize facility utilization.
• Validate BOMs, work instructions, and documentation against production and customer requirements.
• Analyze production processes and data to optimize manufacturing.
• Standardize improvements to machine assembly and apply to multiple platforms.
