Ford Motor Company is seeking a manufacturing process engineer to support and improve production processes across plant operations. You will apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.

Responsibilities include leading audits, reducing waste, and driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements. The role requires hands-on machining experience and strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degrees are not required; high school graduate or equivalent is listed.
• Candidates should have hands-on machining/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Manufacturing Process Engineering activities and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Develop action plans to investigate quality concerns and verify corrective actions.
• Lead process audits and provide corrective actions for internal and supplier processes.
• Analyze inventory root causes and map to drive corrective actions to reduce vehicle inventory.
• Create process and instruction sheets supporting quality methods.
