You will apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, and assembly to optimize workflows and train technicians on best practices. Qualifications

• Four-year degree in an engineering field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of assembly and testing processes learned through prior roles.
• Prior experience in a high-production environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve the efficiency and scalability of manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly processes, tools, and materials.
• Support and create a world-class manufacturing environment on the production floor, with efficiency, organization, and cleanliness as a top priority.
• Build a strong sense of pride, culture, and teamwork through involvement, listening, and celebrating victories as milestones are achieved.
• Establish lean practices and 5S organizational tools.
• Provide manufacturing decision-making information by establishing standards for production, labor, and material costs; estimate future requirements.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA) and company reputation.
• Establish and document maintenance requirements for tools and equipment used in manufacturing.
