Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; CAD or ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Support multiple process improvement projects through various phases of execution.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean initiatives and quality activities.
• Assist in communicating project goals and progress across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify production improvements.
