The ideal candidate holds a four-year engineering/technical degree (or a master's with related experience) and has hands-on experience in an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and a minimum of three years of experience in an engineering, scientific or technical environment.
• Master's degree in an engineering, scientific or technical discipline with a minimum of two years of experience in an engineering, scientific or technical environment.
• Basic computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, plan, and implement improvements in and/or additions to current products and manufacturing processes that affect safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and productivity.
• Lead projects requiring engineering team effort or a multi-discipline team effort.
• Provide engineering input in design, fabrication, development, installation, validation, and qualification of equipment/processes.
