• Address manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits).
• Create training and work instructions for production to transfer knowledge.
• Plan projects with deliverables aligned to customer expectations using PM tools.
• Oversee technicians, guide testing, and coordinate stakeholder coordination.
