Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an Industrial Engineering Coordinator to join the Operations Engineering team.

This role interfaces with multiple cross functional groups to ensure projects are executed on schedule and to help with manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics. The position requires 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree in engineering technology preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Work hours 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for operations engineering projects.
• Maintain accurate records on changes notices and temporary deviations.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build related documentation.
• Coordinate and support execution of Excellerate Process System Designs milestones.
• Support project launch activities by assisting with preproduction builds.
• Manage and drive open action item lists with cross functional team members.
• Verify and maintain BOM content after initial setup.
• Monitor metrics around Key Process Indicators for projects.
• Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education
