Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Coordinator to join the Operations Engineering team. The role interfaces with multiple cross-functional groups to ensure projects stay on schedule and manufacturing readiness is maintained.

You will draft and maintain manufacturing documentation, coordinate changes, monitor KPIs, and support preproduction build activities while driving action items with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Travel up to 10% based on company need.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain accurate records on changes notices and deviations for Operation Engineering projects.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build related documentation.
• Coordinate and support execution of Excellerate Process System Designs milestones.
• Support project launch activities by assisting with preproduction build activities.

Education
