Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Coordinator to support the Operations Engineering team. You will interface with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects and tasks are executed on schedule.

The role also supports Process System Design, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing monitoring of project metrics. Responsibilities include coordinating changes, drafting build documentation, and driving action items with colleagues across functions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Up to 10% travel based on company need.
• Work schedule: 7 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain records on change notices and temporary deviations for projects.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build-related documentation.
• Support execution of process system design milestone activities.
• Assist with pre-production build activities for project launches.
• Manage open action-item lists with cross-functional teams.
• Verify and maintain BOM contents after initial setup.
• Monitor KPIs for projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School diploma. Associate’s degree in engineering technology or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Travel: Up to 10% based on company need.
• Work Schedule: 7 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain accurate records on change notices and temporary deviations for Operations Engineering projects.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing build‑related documentation.
• Coordinate and support the execution of Excellerate Process System Design milestone activities.
• Support project launch activities by assisting with pre‑production build activities.
• Manage and drive open action‑item lists with cross‑functional team members.
• Verify and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) contents after initial setup.
• Monitor metrics around Key Process Indicators for projects.
• Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
