Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in drilling/heavy equipment or capital equipment environments.
• Experience optimizing manufacturing processes for mechanical/electromechanical products.
• Experience with design-to-production transitions and manufacturability assessments.
• Working knowledge of BOM structures, routings, and production data management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing and proposed manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency and manufacturability.
• Conduct time studies to establish labor standards and optimize cycle times and process flow.
• Provide manufacturability input during product development for repeatable, cost-effective production.
• Lead manufacturing process development and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between design engineering and manufacturing, ensuring production to specification.
