Jobot is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for an established California manufacturing site. You will optimize processes, support equipment installation and validation, and develop tooling to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design tooling and fixtures to support production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new products.
• Create work instructions, SOPs, and other process documentation.
• Train production teams on equipment operation and best practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
