Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Catoosa, OK facility to optimize manufacturing processes, layout, and equipment strategy in a high-volume environment.

You will lead MBOM development, CAPEX planning, and Lean improvements while collaborating with Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations to drive productivity and growth. The role is on-site with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing layout, process flow, capacity planning, and production systems.
• Experience with MBOMs and MBOM/EBOM differences.
• Experience with CAPEX projects, equipment ROI, procurement, and vendor mgmt.
• Experience with custom tooling, fixtures, and production equipment integration.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and line balancing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production-floor layouts to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Develop production-line layouts and safe, efficient processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints and implement improvements.
• Plan integration of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain layouts, process-flow docs, and standards.
• Develop and maintain MBOMs and related manufacturing docs.
• Translate product requirements into practical manufacturing processes.
• Support new product introduction with manufacturing readiness.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment integration plans.
• Lead capital expenditure planning and vendor coordination.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability.
