Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years machining experience in manufacturing engineering functions.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit routings and shop-floor processes to standard work.
• Perform cost estimating and prepare quotes with sales.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Production Manager and shop personnel.
• Design tooling and fixtures using CAD; coordinate with CNC programming and tooling needs.
• Identify engineering changes to reduce costs and improve quality.
