Job summary

AGS is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, optimize, standardize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to perform root cause analyses and implement Lean improvements to reduce waste and costs.

Responsibilities include developing processes for new products and improvements, validating drawings and BOMs, maintaining SOPs, and documenting process specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Exposure to sheet metal, CNC, and assembly processes preferred.
  • Proficient with CAD software (SolidWorks) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products or improvements.
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and quality while reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving for deviations or non‑conformances.
  • Create or validate drawings, CAD packages, and BOMs for new releases to vendors.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
