Title: Process Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Summary:

The pivotal role of the Manufacturing Engineer will be to design, document, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes. This position will not only enhance product quality, reduce costs, and significantly improve efficiency but also play a crucial part in ensuring the company's continued success. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Executive Management to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and monitor and analyze process performance. This role concerns technical expertise and being a key player in our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to enhance product quality, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. We are committed to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance. You will also identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement solutions. Your role will involve technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery, making you an integral part of our team. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering. MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing.
• Experience implementing automation in manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Experience with Oracle/NetSuite is a major plus.
• Ability to identify new technology and implement it in a production environment.
• Experience with Engineered-to-order manufacturing processes.
• No remote work option.
• Valid Six Sigma Certification a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.
