Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer in the Memphis, TN area. This role focuses on driving efficiency across the value stream, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods, and collaborating with electrical and fabrication teams.

The candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or process improvement, CNC programming experience, and a hands-on attitude on the production floor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming.
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
• Looking for candidates with experience in the electronics industry or metal fabrication industry.

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits in the MEMPHIS, TN area

Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:

• Drive projects throughout the value stream
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.

Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
