Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer for the Memphis, TN area. This role focuses on hands-on process optimization on the production floor, including CNC and electronics-related tasks, to drive improved efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing or process improvement, experience with Lean Six Sigma, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams on large, complex processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC and machine programming.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• On-floor, hands-on work preference.

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits in the MEMPHIS, TN area

Must be commutable to the Memphis area.

Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:

• Drive projects throughout the value stream
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.

Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
• Looking for candidates with experience in the electronics industry or metal fabrication industry.
