Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Process Engineer in San Diego, CA to improve, design, and implement manufacturing processes. You will set up new production systems, optimize existing lines, create work instructions, and train operators.

Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for improving, designing, and implementing manufacturing processes. It requires hands‑on work with equipment and collaboration across engineering, production, quality, facilities, EHS, and vendors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ceramic or industrial part processing is preferred.
• Manufacturing engineering experience with wire bond equipment or automated equipment is preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues on the line and working with automated equipment.
• Must have previous experience in a manufacturing facility.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $82000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
