Job summary

kSARIA Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize production processes for military-grade cable assemblies in an onsite New Hampshire facility. You will lead process improvements, establish assembly/test standards, and train the production team under the Process Engineering Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have hands-on problem-solving skills, knowledge of military cable assemblies, and experience with IPC standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a manufacturing engineer with military cable assembly products
  • Knowledge of fiber optic termination processes – preferred (company will train if necessary)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented and quality metric driven
  • US Citizenship required for US Department of Defense work.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office software products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of a drawing software tool such as MS Visio, AutoCAD, Solidworks, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of IPC-620 and IPC-610 standards
  • Minimum of entry level to 5 yrs relevant experience
  • BSME, BSEE or applicable technical degree minimum
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with military fiber optics and military connectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training, support, and supervision to production team.

Description


This position will develop manufacturing processes for the introduction of new products into production, as well as, supporting technical problem solving related to manufacturing aspects of products already in production. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on problem solver and have a thorough understanding of military grade cable assemblies. This position will report to the Process Engineering Supervisor. Assess and provide feedback for customer cable designs



  • Provide training, support, and supervision to production team.
