Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Process Engineer with Powder Coating experience to join our team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering (POWDER COATING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST).
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Quality Control, Powder Coating, Data Collection, and Analysis.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, Fanuc Robots, and CNC knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proven track record in managing projects and bringing about process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
