The position involves data collection, routine reporting, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze production data to calculate uptime, downtime, scrap rates, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports to support operational and engineering decision-making.
• Perform water and lubricant testing (pH, temperature, conductivity, bacterial analysis) and document results per procedures.
• Measure, inspect, and document enamel and finish dies to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements.
• Maintain records of die measurements and condition history.
• Track inventory, location, and availability of enamel and finish die sets.
• Coordinate and sequence die sets to support efficient production scheduling and minimize downtime.
• Identify discrepancies in production data, testing results, or tooling records and communicate findings to engineering and production leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data collection and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all company safety and quality standards.
