Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions in Canton, NC, in partnership with ConMet, seeks a full-time Press Operator for the Molding Department. You will assemble, label, and package molded parts, operate presses, and use scan guns to track output.

Maintain production records and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in manufacturing or related fields, with strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
• Ability to use a computer and handheld scan gun.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, and package molded parts to specification.
• Operate presses and use scan guns to track work and labeling.
• Record production totals, quality checks, and scrap accurately.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors or leads.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and workplace policies.
