Job summary

Leprino Foods in Greeley, CO is launching a 12-month Manufacturing Leadership Development Trainees program. You will learn manufacturing basics, people leadership, and Leprino production operations and may advance to Production Supervisor roles across the network.

Starting salary is $75,000 with a $6,000 relocation lump-sum. A 5% annual target bonus is offered, and a full relocation package is available upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an industrial manufacturing oriented STEM field or agricultural science/business field.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate for future assignments.
• Authorization to work for ANY employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must spend 12 months in one of the training hubs (Greeley, CO; Grand Rapids, MI; Lemoore, CA) before supervisor placement.
• Passion to work in modern manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate technical/functional competence in manufacturing and quality processes; develop safety and people leadership skills.
• Assist with team leadership by supporting programs in operator training, safety, communications, performance recognition, and employee development.
• Help supervise daily shift operations to deliver on manufacturing standards and quality parameters.
• Build strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Prepare pre-shift meetings and post-shift pass down communications.
• Be involved in the plant's quality execution program to achieve quality goals.
• Assist in scheduling to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
• Integrate Leprino Quality into the program through continuous improvement.
