Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Allendale, MI, invites applications for the Manufacturing Leadership Development Trainees program. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in industrial manufacturing or related STEM field required.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate for future assignments.
• Authorization to work for ANY employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to complete 12-month training across hubs in CO/MI/CA.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate technical/functional competence in manufacturing and quality processes.
• Develop and apply safety and people leadership skills.
• Assist with team leadership to improve labor and manufacturing efficiencies.
