Job summary

Eliason Corporation seeks an energetic Plant Controller to oversee plant P&L and balance sheet, partnering with Plant Manager to manage financial risk and opportunities. The role covers domestic plant activities with a secondary facility in Cincinnati requiring monthly travel.

The ideal candidate brings manufacturing plant controller experience, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and strong internal controls, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in intercompany transactions and reconciliation and audit prep.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Direct Manufacturing Plant Controller experience required or strongly preferred.
• ERP experience with implementation exposure a plus.
• Strong collaboration with plant leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger balances.
• Assess internal controls and perform risk reviews.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet, income statement, and variance analyses.
• Assist in budget design and preparation for management review.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and asset liability accounts.
• Produce financial reports including P&L and other status reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
