Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 15+ years accounting/finance experience and 2+ years cost accounting.
• Manufacturing experience required; Defense industry strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience with strong leadership.
• Infor LN highly preferred;ERP systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting operations, fiscal plans, and policies across business units.
• Lead and develop Accounting Department staff.
• Manage corporate and federal reporting requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and rolling cash forecasts.
• Oversee cost modeling and variance analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal control documentation.
• Optimize working capital and inventory management.
