Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform all journal entries and oversee balance sheet reconciliations.
• Orchestrate the annual plant budget and develop monthly rolling forecasts.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and absorption variances.
• Provide accurate product cost and margin data to Sales and Pricing teams.
