Powerus, a fast-growing American defense technology company, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner in Rock Hill, SC to build and manage production plans supporting on-time delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and supply chain to optimize schedules, capacity and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing planning or related.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems – specifically NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and production reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Create and manage work orders in NetSuite.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate production priorities with leadership to maximize throughput.
• Support new product introductions by integrating manufacturing requirements into schedules.
• Balance production requirements with inventory targets to minimize excess.
• Monitor inventory levels and improve inventory turns.
• Coordinate material planning to support uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics and supply chain.
• Participate in S&OP, demand planning and planning reviews.
