• Communicate with Quality, Project Planning, Operations, and Liaison engineering to ensure requirements are captured and executed.
• Demonstrate configuration control of hardware within the manufacturing build plan.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide planning for Removals process. Removals are used to authorize and document steps taken to investigate a suspected condition or authorized rework, by removing previously installed and accepted parts or hardware, determining if additional actions are required.
• Ability to review discrepancies and determine steps needed for the removal process and establish detailed planning steps to accomplish the tasks.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional setting to come up with the optimal solution to the problem.
• Using the established manufacturing process flow, defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics work instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.
• Communicates with Quality, Project Planning, Operations, and Liaison engineering teams to ensure all requirements are captured, planned executed accordingly.
• Has the ability to demonstrate configuration control of the hardware, within the manufacturing build plan.
