Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Associate to execute MRP activities, coordinate with supply-chain stakeholders, and maintain production system integrity. You will perform Make, Buy, and BOM planning to support production schedules and optimize material flow.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with SAP ERP and lean manufacturing, and CPIM certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.
- Experience with SAP ERP and lean manufacturing.
- CPIM certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) activities and coordinate with supply-chain stakeholders.
- Maintain production system integrity and adjust MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes.
- Perform Make, Buy, and BOM planning to support production schedules.
- Align material availability with demand through collaboration with Procurement, Operations Management, and Engineering.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow to control costs.
