Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production support.
• Experience with material movement, inventory control, expediting, shipping, receiving.
• Ability to review schedules, identify shortages, and communicate issues.
• Ability to operate forklifts and perform physical material handling.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Expedite, route, dispatch, and stage materials according to production schedules.
• Monitor master production schedule for shortages, risks, or constraints.
• Maintain SAP entries, DOT paperwork, shipment records, and orders.
• Load/unload shipments and coordinate in-house transportation.
• Move materials physically to support production needs and timelines.
• Pull, deliver, and stage material to designated production areas.
• Assist with work orders, inventory control, and discrepancy resolution.
• Communicate status, shortages, delays, and priority changes to planners and leadership.
• Support inventory accuracy through correct material movements and system transactions.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
