Job summary

ERock is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Planner to coordinate production schedules, materials, and workflows for microgrid systems. You will link manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations efficient and on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in planning, and proficiency with ERP/MRP (NetSuite, SAP) and Excel. You will improve schedules, monitor WIP, and ensure quality and safety in line with ERock Core Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents.
• Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Monitor WIP and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in demand.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve manufacturing issues and support launches.
• Review and analyze production data to identify trends and capacity constraints.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production status reports.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, materials requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
• Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitoring work-in-progress (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches.
• Reviewing and analyzing production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Preparing and distributing daily/weekly production status reports.
• Ensuring all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values.

Requirements

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
