Job summary

American Bath Group is seeking an Operator Development Analyst to support operator performance evaluations and training across multiple facilities. The role focuses on reviewing performance videos, applying a scoring system, and maintaining accurate documentation while using Microsoft Office tools to manage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate training resources and operational leadership.
• Support consistency in operator evaluations across manufacturing locations; observe production-floor operations as needed.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling repetitive analytical work.
