Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and performance measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, inventory, labor, and operational performance data.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, dashboards, and schedules.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Prepare presentations and reports for plant leadership and management teams.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational datasets.
• Creating and maintaining production planning and scheduling activities.
• Analyze capacity, resource utilization, and production constraints.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability

JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Analyst supports manufacturing operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and drive business results. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field, preferred. Applicants with substantial relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
