Job summary

TechDigital Group in Miami is looking for a package engineering candidate to assist with testing, documentation, and shipments. The role requires a focus on packaging materials and adherence to standards, including ISO and GMP.

The ideal candidate will have higher education in Packaging or Material Sciences and experience in FDA regulated fields, as well as technical writing skills. This is a fully on-site role at the Kendall campus.

Qualifications

• Higher education or college coursework in Packaging, Material Sciences, or related programs.
• Preferred experience in a FDA regulated field.
• Experience in technical writing; ISO and GMP as required.
• Experience or knowledge with Packaging Standards such as ASTM D series and/or ISTA.
• Experience with CAD software or similar drafting tools.
• Experience in packing or warehouse operations.

Location: Kendall campus. This fully on‑site role reports to the Package Engineering team and is based in the Shock & Vibration Lab.

Responsibilities

• Assisting engineers with daily testing tasks and documenting test results to support Distribution Test Reports.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments of products and maintaining lab housekeeping, supplies, and materials.
• Defining packaging materials with a focus on waste reduction.
• Conducting both physical testing and environmental exposure testing in the lab.
• Executing packing instructions, conducting test sequences, downloading and managing data files, and providing input to engineers.
• Managing lab schedules and participating in weekly status reports for all projects.
• The Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• The Candidate must be detail oriented, follow processes and procedures, and be timely.

Qualifications

• Higher education or college coursework in Packaging, Material Sciences, or related programs.
• Preferred experience in a FDA regulated field.
